Michael Keller President

Michael Keller is 2M Corporation's President and Director and has general oversight of vision and mission.

Michael’s accomplished career spans over 38 years and has been dedicated to construction management and real estate development. His career has taken him from coast to coast and covers the full spectrum of construction disciplines.

Michael’s multidisciplinary expertise gives him special insight regarding every aspect of the development process. His executive management experience includes his roles as Vice President of Design and Construction for the DASCO Companies of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Senior Development Manager for Hammes Company Healthcare of Milwaukee, WI where he oversaw the development of over 2,500,000 SF of investment-grade medical real estate collectively and managed a constantly fluid staff of architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors.

He also has public works and city planning experience from his time as Chief Engineering Inspector for the City of Xenia, Ohio where he served as the acting City Engineer and sat on the Board of Zoning Appeals.

Michael grew up in Southern California and currently lives in Long Island, New York with his family.

Miriam Keller Vice President - Client Relations

Miriam Keller has worked part-time since 2012 and began devoting full-time to 2M in late 2016 and has assumed the role of Vice President and focuses primarily on client relations as it pertains to healthcare real estate business development and communications. Prior to her expanded role with 2M, she had worked primarily in healthcare at the Cumberland Diagnostic & Treatment Center in Brooklyn, New York where she was the executive assistant to the Director of Facilities. She fulfilled that role for 13 years.

Miriam also spent time in Las Cruces, New Mexico where she held a similar executive assistant role at Memorial Medical Center - HealthPlex, a state-of-the-art Primary Care/Urgent Care facility where she also spearheaded client relations.

Delores Hales National Director - Interior Design

Delores Hales has been identifying trendsetting ideas and concepts in interior design and decorating for 30 years.

By researching and monitoring industry design standards and related local, regional, and national trends, she has been the epitome of introducing innovative, cost-efficient, and sustainable tenant improvement solutions for our varied development platforms.

Her work on visualizing and delivering the Class A level furniture and artwork packages for the Carson - Tahoe Medical Office Building and the 2020 Santa Monica building was particularly gratifying given the challenges presented and the extensive travel and coordination required to achieve expected results with an unforgiving tight delivery schedule. Those two accomplishments were instrumental in her elevation to her current position with the company.

Delores began her meteoric career as a design and display coordinator for a leading department store women's wear shops in Indianapolis, Indiana. After moving out west, Delores took a similar role with another prominent department store organization.

Melissa Marcelin Eastern Regional Director - Real Estate

As a dedicated real estate professional, Melissa monitors the overall real estate-driven impacts for our development assignments in the northeast region. Melissa leverages her skills in finance, contracts, negotiation, and marketing to the best advantage of our client/partners, ensuring that their real estate development goals and objectives are met and exceeded. Although we do not process real estate transactions in-house, Melissa's expertise gives our clients an added comfort level that enables them to have the confidence that their best interests are always our primary objective.

Elaine Lopez Western Regional Director - Real Estate

Although we provide impeccable service to our clients focused on capturing their real estate development goals and objectives, since joining us, Elaine Lopez has spearheaded our distinctive service line in providing client-focused assistance for Corporate Executive relocations. Elaine adeptly recognized that a void in our organization's service-driven objectives in assisting corporate executives facing relocation challenges to and from changing home bases, particularly when the need occurs as a result of circumstances driven by our activities on the development side.

Elaine coordinates seamlessly with Melissa Marcelin, our Eastern Regional Director for Real Estate, and the rest of our group to ensure, once those needs are identified, that we are working diligently to make the transition as stress-free as possible.

Elaine has worked tirelessly to establish excellent strategic alliances with moving and storage affiliates to help accommodate any need of mobile executives looking to cut the time involved in coordinating the many aspects of a challenging relocation effort.

She has assisted in coordinated relocations to and from: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, and Northern California.
